Success Recruit are currently working with an Electrician who are seeking to recruit a Qualified Electrician to join their busy team in Camberley, Surrey.

The successful Electrician will be working closely with the team to provide installation, maintenance and upgrades to electrical systems and components. The ability to diagnose and troubleshoot is essential and previous industry experience is important.

The successful Electrician will be expected to:

  • Have a minimum of 4 years' experience as a professional electrician.
  • Proven experience in both residential and commercial electrical work.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring and circuit diagrams.
  • Valid electrician licence or certification particularly in specialised areas.

The successful Electrician will be rewarded with:

Job Description:

The purpose of this position is to support and manage clients electrical enquiries and ensuring the delivery of service is always managed and clients are kept up to date at all times.

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Electrical Installations:

  • Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems and components, including wiring, circuit breakers, lighting, and other equipment.

  • Perform installations in residential, commercial, and industrial settings according to blueprints and technical diagrams.

  • Maintenance and Repair:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.

  • Safety Compliance:

  • Adhere to all local, national, and international electrical codes and regulations.

  • Implement and follow safety protocols to prevent electrical hazards.

  • Customer Service:

  • Interact with clients to discuss electrical needs, provide estimates, and explain work performed.

  • Maintain a professional demeanour and provide excellent customer service.

  • Documentation:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.

  • Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted on time.

  • Team Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with other team members, including apprentices and other tradespeople.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior electricians and apprentices.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to work in a busy position that likes to ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards.

Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am - 5.30pm.

Salary: £30 - £40,000 dependant on experience
