Property Manager – Duties:
- Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance
- Carrying out inspections and check outs
- Coordinating deposit returns and end of tenancy process
- Getting involved in serving section notices as required
- Ensuring timely completion of property inspections
Property Manager - Experience Needed:
- Previous Property Management experience is essential
- Up-to-date knowledge of Lettings legislation
- Sharp, enthusiastic and accountable
- Have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Articulate and well-accustomed to a client facing role
- Able to work independently due to the hybrid nature of the role
