Payroll Coordinator - Northallerton
Up to £35,000pa (DOE)
We are supporting a fantastic manufacturing business based in North Yorkshire looking for an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join their small Finance Team.
This role is based on site and typically hours are Mon-Friday 8.30am - 5pm. Salary is dependent on experience but ranging up to £35,000pa.
Responsibilities as a Payroll Coordinator:
- End-to-end in-house payroll processing and year-end processes.
- Administration of benefit in kind schemes
- Auto enrolment pension scheme administration
- Finance function, working closely with HR
- Co-ordinate weekly overtime/agency working process
- First point of contact for queries internal and external
- Support with internal and external audits.

Essential requirements of the role:
- Strong IT skills - especially intermediate excel knowledge.
- Enthusiastic self-motivated attitude who can work well within a team.
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively and excellent communication skills
- Strong payroll knowledge and experience.
- Previous experience as a Payroll Coordinator / Officer and end to end Payroll.
