Description
The successful candidate for the Property Solicitor position based in Reading will hold the following responsibilities:
- Oversee all property-related transactions
- Provide legal advice on property acquisitions and disposals
- Review legal documents related to property management
- Ensure all property transactions are conducted smoothly
- Handle any issues/problems which may arise
- Implementing legal strategies to mitigate risk
- Coordinating with external solicitors as needed
Profile
The successful candidate for the Property Solicitor will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Qualified solicitor
- 5+ years PQE
- Proven track record of working within property teams
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong communication skills
