My client are an impressive IT Managed Services provider to the financial services industry and due to growth are in the market for a couple of 3rd Line Escalation Engineers.
As 3rd Line Escalation Engineer you will have a proven MSP background in working as part of a Services Desk as the escalation point. The 3rd Line Escalation Engineer will have that broad range of technical skills needed in MSP environments covering technology such as Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Sharepoint, Networking, Firewall, Autopilot, Intune.
Alongside your proven technical competency you will be an outstanding communicator with a proven ability to communicate with high end clients within a pressurised environment. This is a great opportunity to join a well respected company that have been trading for over 10 years and with a fantastic client base. The role can be home based with occasional office visits when required so someone South East based will be needed.
