Our client, a leading firm of Solicitors is seeking a Private Client Legal Secretary to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Due to growth our client is seeking a Private Client Legal Secretary with a minimum of 1 years' experience in a Private Client Department.
As a Private Client Legal Secretary you will be responsible for providing a high level of secretarial and administrative support to the Fee earner, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audio and copy typing all correspondence to include letters and legal forms
- Diary management
- Opening and closing files
- Access and input date on the internal systems, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Liaising with clients, updating them and answering any queries when necessary
- Complete all administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail at all times
Key Experience:
- Previous experience in a Private Client department is a must
- Accurate and fast typing ability
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator, both over the phone and in person
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team, meeting targets and deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
