We are looking for an Admin Manager to manage the customer facing responsibilities within a well-established local business, and then eventually will be managing a small team. The role involves onboarding new clients, tracking sales to completion, and maintaining strong relationships with current customers. You will be responsible for managing bookings for various services, taking electronic payments, and ensuring the company database is up-to-date. This position requires a professional who is reliable, honest, and has a sharp attention to detail.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Lead and support the team in all administration aspects of customer delivery.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience by liaising directly with customers to establish their needs.
  • Make bookings for services such as day care, boarding, grooming, training, and assessments.
  • Apply knowledge of company promotions and packages to increase sales revenue using a soft selling approach.
  • Manage electronic payments and booking changes to ensure seamless operation on site.
  • Maintain records to meet strict licensing regulations.
  • Communicate effectively through the company CRM system and over the phone, utilizing technology.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Confident and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to plan, streamline, and execute administration workflows with accuracy.
  • Flexibility and openness to change, with excellent time management skills.
  • Competency in utilizing company software and a high level of administrative skills.
  • Experience in virtual sales, chat windows, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to complete tasks to a high standard within deadlines.
  • Experience using an online booking system is advantageous.
  • Comfortable working with a team remotely and managing junior staff.
  • Ability to maintain a subscription base for high retention.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets and maintaining accurate information.
  • Experience managing a team and developing colleagues.
