Nexus Recruitment are looking for an experienced Block Manager to look after a local portfolio in North London. Our client is a small estate agent who have a Block Management arm. The role will require someone with at least 2 years in the Property Management industry.
Core responsibilities:
- Day to day management of a portfolio of circa 300 units
- Management of all major works within the portfolio, coordinating with the major works team
- Service Charge budget forecasting with the accounts team
- Liaising with clients on a regular basis, with help from the Senior PMs
Our client prides themselves on having a proactive approach and are looking for someone with a similar mindset to property management. The following qualifications/skillset is preferred:
- A proven track record in Property Management (leasehold)
- TPI qualifications (or in process of attaining)
- Experience with section 20s (essential)
- Driving license (full)
