Your new responsibilities will include:
- Input invoices onto the purchase ledger
- Review invoices to ensure all details are correct
- Reconciliation of statements
- Processing Payment runs
- Create new supplier accounts
- Process payments
- Ensure invoices have the appropriate authorisation before paying
- Liaising with different departments
What you need to be successful in this role:
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Have the ability to effectively communicate with people across all levels
- Be able to manage a high volume of purchase invoice processing in line with our internal coding system
- Be able to deal with internal and external queries via phone and email
- Be able to ensure compliance with internal policies
- Be able to look at improving processes wherever possible
