Conveyancer

We are seeking a Conveyancer to manage residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish. This role is ideal for individuals with a thorough knowledge of the conveyancing process, looking to work under the supervision of a Senior Conveyancer and contribute to the success of our team.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process for both private clients and limited companies.
- Manage various types of transactions including Freehold, Leasehold, New Build, Shared Ownership, Help to Buy, and Non-statutory Lease Extensions.
- Ensure all files are ready for ‘signing off' for exchange and completion.
- Collaborate with the Senior Conveyancer to meet financial targets and supervise the Conveyancing Assistant.
- Take full responsibility for the team in the absence of the Senior Conveyancer.
- Adhere to professional codes of conduct and maintain honesty and diligence in all actions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and supervise a Conveyancing Assistant.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Commitment to professional ethics and integrity.
