Care Supervisor
- Hourly Rate: £14
- Location: Halesworth (10min walk from the train station)
- Job Type: Part-time (25 hours a week, 3 days)
- Hours: 9am-5pm
We are seeking a dedicated Care Supervisor to join our team on a temporary ongoing basis. The role involves writing care plans and ensuring compliance with care standards. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and some understanding of care compliance.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Writing and updating care plans to meet individual client needs.
- Ensuring all care services are compliant with regulatory standards.
- Conducting regular reviews of care plans to ensure they are effective and up to date.
- Monitoring the quality of care provided and implementing improvements where necessary.
- Liaising with healthcare professionals, clients, and their families to coordinate care services.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in writing care plans is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
