Polish speaking Residential Property Paralegal

Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for an award nominated Birmingham based law firm who are seeking a Polish speaking Residential Property Paralegal to join their Shirley office. POLISH SPEAKING IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE, PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE FLUENT IN WRITTEN & SPOKEN POLISH.

Please note this role is fully office based in Shirley and is not a hybrid or WFH role

Duties and tasks will include:

  • You will be responsible for assisting the busy Property department with day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining communication with the clients and mortgage brokers,
  • attending networking events,
  • preparing initial documents involved in the conveyancing process,
  • monitoring deadlines and updating the calendar,
  • submitting cases to the Land Registry.
  • You will also be answering calls, email and postal correspondence
  • This will be a fast paced and varied role where you will spend your time on the telephone updating the clients, brokers and estate agents.
  • You will learn the conveyancing process from A to Z.

Candidates wilcome to apply for the role will have the following:

  • Passionate about people and the Residential Property sector
  • Have the ability to speak and write or translate in Polish and English is desirable to be successful in this role.
  • An ambitious, motivated individual paralegal looking for a long-term career development.
  • You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your work accordingly.
  • Attention to detail and numeracy skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and confidence in liaising with others
  • You will have gained experience within a similar setting supporting fee earners within a busy Residential Property Team

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
