- Support re letting and marketing for vacant units
- Assist in overseeing lease renewals
- Participate in property inspections
- Learn to manage and monitor service charge budgets
- Gain exposure to health & safety standards and statutory requirements
- Collaborate with finance and maintenance departments
- Assist in lease drafting, acquisitions, disposals, and financing due diligence

Renumeration & Benefits
