Prospero Teaching are seeking a dedicated Motor Mechanics Teacher to join a primary, secondary and post 16 SEMH boys' school in South West London.

This role is perfect for a passionate individual with experience in motor mechanics and a desire to inspire and educate KS4/5 students.

Position: Motor Mechanics Teacher

School Type: Primary, Secondary and Post 16 SEMH Boys' School

Location: South West London

Schedule: Full-time position, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Daily Rate: £150 - £244

Duration: Long-term placement with the potential to become permanent

Start Date: September 2024

Role and Responsibilities

  • Teach Motor Mechanics: Deliver engaging and practical motor mechanics lessons to KS4/5 students.
  • Support SEN Pupils: Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
  • Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and planning of the motor mechanics curriculum.
  • Student Assessment: Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their potential.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Relevant teaching qualifications and experience in motor mechanics.
  • Experience: Proven track record of teaching motor mechanics to KS4/5 students, preferably with experience in an SEN setting.
  • DBS Check: Must have a DBS on the update service.
  • Eligibility: Right to work in the UK.
