Cover Supervisor

If this sounds like you, apply today to become a cover supervisor in one of our fantastic schools in Cambridgeshire. We are looking for candidates who have got experience with behaviour management and will be able to keep a calm learning environment when the teacher is away.

Your responsibilities:

If you work as a cover supervisor, you will be tasked with:

  • Distributing the work that was left behind for the students to complete whilst the teacher is absent
  • Maintaining an orderly classroom and handing out sanctions when appropriate
  • Liaising with other members of staff in regards to student behaviour and well-being
  • Supporting the students in the classes you have been allocated with their learning

Requirements:

In order to work as a cover supervisor for one of our schools, you will need to have:

  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • The willingness to further develop your skills
  • Reliability and strong time-keeping skills
  • Engaging and open personality
  • Availability to work between the hours of 8:30 - 15:30
