Sales Executive

Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our client based on the outskirts of Swindon.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop knowledge of products, customers and the marketplace
- Sales of the company's core products and other BIFG items alongside Bespoke Concrete
- Maintain quote calendar and diary
- Maintain and update prospect calendars
- Review potential NPD by being alert to competitor offerings
- Attend exhibitors and meet the buyer events to gain industry knowledge and contacts
- Be aware of expected sales margin for each product
- Quoting customers and follow up
- Research job opportunities by sector
- Support of sales emails and customer contact (folder creation, updates, prep, risk review, finesse, send, change & order
- Attend pre contract & site meetings
- Understand ideal customers and how they relate to the products
- Be aware of competitive activities in relevant market spaces
- Manage and improve lead generation
- Review of product gap and new product development needs
- Develop strong loyal relationships with all relevant decision makers
- Ensure quotations are within company capability
- Carry out any other duties as reasonably required
Essential
- Excellent administrative software skills
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Organised, detail oriented, able to work to deadlines
- Ability to work effectively, independently and within a team
Nice to have
- Experience in the construction or related industry
- Experience in sales or customer facing activity
- Good mathematical approach/competent in Excel
