Due to continued expansion an exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Administrator with a proven background working within a Financial Planning Practice.
This will be a busy and demanding role where the successful candidate will be responsible for the following;
" Point of contact for other assigned team members in relation to their day to day duties
" Support and monitoring for team's work tasks, deadlines and system/processes
" Providing guidance, training and support development to both new employees and greater team
" Reporting to the Operations Manager, updating them on teams training requirements and any potential issues
" Developing and enhancing relationships with advisers
" Preparing the documentation required for client meetings for example, but not limited to, regulatory documents, applications and provider literature
" Regular communication and updates to nominated adviser(s) ensuring the efficient conclusion of work related tasks
" Communication with clients, in either verbal or written format, providing updates and responses to any requests or queries which are unrelated to financial advice
" Handling of post to include updating advisers and client records, and completing any required actions
" Letter of Authority requests, ensuring all appropriate processes are followed within the quoted turnaround times
" Preparation of cases for Paraplanning, ensuring all required information is on file to enable completion of the recommendation report. Liaising with relevant departments to resolve any outstanding queries
" Submission and completion of new business cases adhering to the compliance and new business processing guidelines.
" Pipeline, ensuring all business is recorded and monitored through to completion, liaising with advisers, clients, provider and, where relevant GPs and Medical companies, and maintaining notes throughout for audit purposes
" Client Servicing to include accurate maintenance of client review dates, preparation of paperwork required for a review meeting for example portfolio valuation reports, annual costs and charges disclosure, regulatory documents, provider application forms/authorities and data capture documents
" Assisting the business as and when required in various tasks upon request
It is essential that candidates applying for this role have experience in a Financial Planning Firm along with an understanding of UK financial regulatory framework and legislation. You must have a demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace and the capability of operating in a fast paced and challenging environment.
