**Role Overview:

As a Ski Sales Specialist, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team, working closely with your team leader. Your responsibilities will include managing both new and repeat bookings, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. This role demands a confident, detail-oriented individual who can seamlessly manage multiple tasks, particularly during peak ski season periods. Your ability to build strong relationships with both clients and suppliers will be key to your success.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the booking process from initial enquiry to securing the booking.
  • Achieve personal and team targets related to gross profit, booking numbers, and conversion rates.
  • Foster strong partnerships with chalet and hotel providers, ensuring optimal options for clients and maximizing gross profit.
  • Manage administrative tasks including generating booking paperwork and ensuring timely payments.
  • Proactively contact past clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Attend meetings and events with suppliers, which may occur outside standard office hours.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of the company's chalet/hotel portfolio to provide the best possible recommendations to clients.
  • Participate in FAM trips to better understand the properties and resorts offered.

**Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive skiing experience (preferably with a season or more working in-resort).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a confident phone manner.
  • Proficient in IT and possess strong written communication skills.
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • A proactive attitude and readiness to thrive in a fast-paced sales setting.
