Reed Brighton is delighted to be partnering with a BTA Travel Agency and a Coach Tour Operator based in West Sussex who are seeking a Travel Consultant to join their vibrant team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in selling cruising and Worldwide tailor-made holidays. This role involves working in both Independent ABTA Travel Agency and as a Coach Tour Operator, providing exceptional service to our clients.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Selling holidays, day excursions, and cruises to a diverse clientele.
- Providing tailor-made travel solutions to meet individual customer needs.
- Managing associated administration tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Working collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest travel trends and destination information to provide knowledgeable advice to clients.
- Ensuring all travel arrangements and bookings are processed accurately and efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role, with a focus on cruising and tailor-made holidays.
- Strong sales skills and the ability to meet targets.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using travel and booking systems.
- Knowledge of ABTA regulations and guidelines.
