We are looking for a cleaner to join our Estates team here at settle. In your role, you will use your skills and initiative to work both in a team and independently to deliver a proactive and responsive service to our customers and the homes we service.

Requirements

Outline of Key Responsibilities...

  • Cleaning of communal areas
  • Advise on the need for additional, deep or specialist cleans in the areas you work
  • Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained in the building
  • Report any issues or breaches of tenancy conditions identified
  • Ordering and storing all cleaning products and equipment

We are looking for someone who has...

  • A good understanding of best practices in cleaning techniques
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety issues, relating to the use and storage of cleaning materials and equipment
  • Ability to deal with members of the public in a tactful and friendly fashion
  • Ability to deal with clients confidentially
  • Full Clean Driving Licence
  • Willingness to work flexibly as part of a team and able to provide cover at other sites where required
