Location: City of London - Hybrid 3 days in the office
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

VisionFR is delighted to be helping a leading branding activation agency find a bright Finance Assistant keen to be part of a close knit team in a supportive and collaborative environment
Finance Assistant Key Responsibilities
- Manage payables ledger, post invoices and reconcile creditor accounts
- Post and reconcile bank transactions
- Process payments from company bank accounts
- Preparation of supplier payment runs
- Process employee expense claims and ensure prompt payment
- Assist with the setup of new suppliers and clients on paprika
- Enter freelance timesheets and invoices.
- Assist with raising monthly invoices for clients
- Credit Control
- Upload invoices to client portals as required.
Key Requirements for Finance Assistant
- SME agency experience - 2 + years in a similar role
- Paprika experience highly desirable
- Proactive and a great problem solver
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working to strict deadlines
- Enthusiastic, with can-do attitude
- At least, strong basic excel and other MS Office skills
- Strong organisational skills & a keen eye for detail
- Enjoys working in a fun, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
