Description
- Overseeing daily transactions and operations in the Accounts Payable department.
- Leading, training and developing the Accounts Payable team.
- Performing monthly financial analysis, including ageing analysis and expense trend review.
- Streamlining processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve accounting issues.
- Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management.
- Participating in the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Supervisor should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven leadership experience in an Accounts Payable role within the industrial / manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in using financial software and MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Offer
