Service Coordinator and Business Administrator

Your new role:
Register service calls and deal with customer queries, allocate work to engineers, answer telephone calls from customers and dealers. Process all call related documentation and general office administration.
Duties and Responsibilities - Administration bias:

  • Cost and completing engineers' worksheet on completion of completing service calls.
  • Process incoming invoices - checking rates/warranty.
  • Raising invoices for chargeable work.
  • Checking Monitors.
  • Assisting with Accrual.
  • Supporting Call Handlers.
  • Recovery of chargeable warranty costs.
  • Cross-charging costs where appropriate.
  • Update the customer portals on a daily basis with invoice information.
  • Adding engineer's worksheets to siclops.

Duties and Responsibilities - Call Handling bias

  • Register service calls/emails
  • Allocate and distribute fosters engineer's work.
  • Allocate service calls to service partners.
  • Cost and complete engineers' worksheet on completion of service call.
  • Customer updates on a daily basis
  • Order parts and issue quotes for repair work
  • Confirming parts on site
  • Checking all monitors
  • Calling sites to arrange access/check details
  • Issuing Risk and Method statements
  • Calling sites to arrange access/check details
  • Checking Engineers' Schedules to ensure they have work
  • Due diligence when dealing with all personally identifiable information in accordance with current data protection regulations.
  • And any other general duties, within the capability of the post holder, as agreed with the Departmental Manager.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Strong telephone and communication skills.
  • Foster Product/Component knowledge, or from a manufacturing/insurance background.
  • Keyboard skills - quick and accurate.
  • Office packages - confident with online systems.
  • Organised - Self-motivated.
  • Able to work in a team in a very busy office environment.
  • Be immediately available.
  • On-site working, so the ability to get to the Kings Lynn office.
