Description
The key responsibilities of an Coordinator will include, but may not be limited to;
- Upload and provide support on quotations.
- Putting contract on the system.
- Coordinate project activities across various departments.
- Respond to customer enquiries to generate order.
- Prepare quotations and drawings against customer requirements.
- Complete customer care programme to ensure maximum satisfaction, continuity of business and maximise referral opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach.
Profile
A successful Coordinator should have:
- Proven experience in coordination and/or sales
- Carry out structured business development
- Proficiency in project management software tools
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with different departments
- An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to commute to Sherburn in Elmet, Yorkshire.
