A Coordinator is required for a leading industrial / manufacturing company. The role involves coordinating project activities, liaising with different departments, and ensuring project targets are met on time.

The organisation is a well-established industrial / manufacturing company based in Sherburn in Elmet.

Description

The key responsibilities of an Coordinator will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Upload and provide support on quotations.
  • Putting contract on the system.
  • Coordinate project activities across various departments.
  • Respond to customer enquiries to generate order.
  • Prepare quotations and drawings against customer requirements.
  • Complete customer care programme to ensure maximum satisfaction, continuity of business and maximise referral opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach.

Profile

A successful Coordinator should have:

  • Proven experience in coordination and/or sales
  • Carry out structured business development
  • Proficiency in project management software tools
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with different departments
  • An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to commute to Sherburn in Elmet, Yorkshire.
