Key Responsibilities:
- Use a professional and structured sales approach to win new clients
- Research and identify SMEs that would benefit from our services
- Book and attend face-to-face meetings with prospects
- Convert leads into clients with a confident, consultative close
- Work independently while consistently meeting weekly targets
We're looking for a self-starter with:
- Proven success in field or telesales, ideally within a relevant industry (media sales is preferrable)
- Strong knowledge of direct sales techniques and lead generation
- A confident, resilient, and consultative style
- Drive, ambition, and energy to hit (and exceed) targets
- Professionalism and credibility when engaging with SME clients
