Field Business Development Manager

As a Field Sales Business Development Manager, you'll be on the front line of growth, identifying, engaging, and securing new business opportunities with SMEs in your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use a professional and structured sales approach to win new clients
  • Research and identify SMEs that would benefit from our services
  • Book and attend face-to-face meetings with prospects
  • Convert leads into clients with a confident, consultative close
  • Work independently while consistently meeting weekly targets

We're looking for a self-starter with:

  • Proven success in field or telesales, ideally within a relevant industry (media sales is preferrable)
  • Strong knowledge of direct sales techniques and lead generation
  • A confident, resilient, and consultative style
  • Drive, ambition, and energy to hit (and exceed) targets
  • Professionalism and credibility when engaging with SME clients
