Thornbury Nursing Services are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join their successful and growing team in Bristol. You will be tasked with developing and growing the client base whilst managing existing relationships within your territory and managing a sales pipeline.

Part of Acacium Group, Thornbury Nursing Services have over 35 years' experience in assisting with last-minute requirements bringing exceptional nurses to NHS and private healthcare organisations. Every day you will...

  • Ensure we have a strong foothold with all clients by regularly investing time to retain and grow the services we provide to them
  • Identify, research and convert new opportunities by promoting all services Thornbury Nursing Services has to offer
  • Work with our marketing team and appropriate business leaders to devise a suite of collateral that can be used to educate and interest potential and existing clients
  • Research you territory by looking at board papers, job boards etc and make targeted outbound calls to create multi levelled relationships withing the organisation
  • Where necessary, contact clients outside of outbound calling to concrete the relationship

What will help you succeed in this role?

  • Experience of working in a sales or business development role, preferably in healthcare
  • Ability to demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and maintaining/ growing client accounts.
