**Key Responsibilities:

Classroom Management:

Supervise students in the absence of their regular teacher.

Ensure a positive and productive learning environment.

Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher or the school.

Student Support:

Assist students with their work and manage classroom behaviour.

Address any immediate issues or concerns in the classroom.

Provide support to students to ensure they remain engaged and on task.

Administrative Duties:

Record attendance and report any issues to the school administration.

Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Maintain a tidy and organized classroom.
**Qualifications:

Education:
-
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Education or a related field is advantageous.

Experience:
-
Previous experience in a school environment or working with children is preferred.

Experience in classroom management or as a cover supervisor is a plus.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and subjects.
