The Position:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll bring a fresh pair of eyes to the team. You'll be confident within yourself, hitting the ground running. Open to all ideas and also calling upon your own experience and results.
You'll manage a £1mil marketing budget.
The role is autonomous and so, someone who is proactive, self-motivated and can work as part of a team and alone is what we're looking for.

This role is hands-on and strategic, we're looking for someone to lead from the front. Someone to work with the sales team, ops team, trading team and others. With strategies that include all departments, marketing is the clue that holds it together.
You'll be managing a small team that's looking to grow, also with the help of several digital agencies. You won't be delivering everything yourself, this is where the strategy part kicks in!
We are looking for someone who is proactive, direct and can communicate on all levels, someone who knows their stuff and is confident in their ability!
This is a hybrid position with 1-day a week in the office, at the star during probation to build relationships with your team, it's required to be 2 days a week in the office.
