The Role:
- Provide 1:1 Business Support to an Adviser, managing diaries and preparing meeting packs
- Take charge of Client Management, from welcoming new clients to ensuring ongoing satisfaction for their existing clientele
- Handle all necessary Regulatory Requirements with precision and care
We Need You to Have:
- Experience in working within a similar role in a Financial Services environment
- A keen understanding of financial service processes and a drive to improve them
- IT Literate with Intelligent Office experience and a willingness to learn new systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
