Accounts Assistant - Wallingford - £25-28k – Office Based
An introduction to the company and role:
Wade Macdonald is currently working with an established global & innovative organisation that is continuing to expand, who are looking for an experienced accounts assistant to join their dynamic team!
What will be the responsibilities in this role?
- Bank reconciliations
- Accruals for supplier invoices
- Assisting with weekly UK and International payment runs
- assist with cost analytics and reporting
- Process new supplier accounts
- Providing analysis of profit and loss
- VAT returns
- Processing expenses
What experience do you need?
- AAT Qualification
- Intermediate excel skills, including pivot tables and V-look ups
- Previous experience using Sage (desired)
