Teaching Assistant - Multiple Roles

Position: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant Roles

Location: Euston

Starting; September 2024 (5 days per week, on a long-term basis)

At Tradewind we are currently working with one of our client schools to recruit for 3 SEN Teaching Assistants. With the needs of the children ranging from ASD, ADHD, Global Delay, Behaviour Management. Below are brief descriptions of the 3 roles we are currently recruiting for:

  • 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child in Year 5 with behaviour and SEMH (Candidates with Team Teach would be hugely encouraged to apply for this role)
  • SEND Teaching Assistant to support a child in Year 1 (Experience with EYFS, SEN and Phonics would be hugely favoured)
  • KS2 Teaching Assistant to work alongside a couple of children across Key Stage 2 with SEND (Special Educational Needs) and SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health)

What documentation will you need?

  • DBS on the update Service or be willing to apply for one
  • 2 years' worth of referencing (child based)
  • UK right to work
  • Online interview to go over document required and what's expected of the process
