Exports Coordinator
Remote Working Available (Monthly travel to Aberdeen - if you are not in a commutable distance)

Reporting to the manager, you will be responsible for Government and Trade services (GTS). Dealing with client enquiries, you will arranging inspections for goods internationally and then receive the inspectors reports of these exports/imports internationally, ensuring all GTS standards are met to provide verifications of conformity/certification of conformity (VOC/COC) to the clients.

The Role:
* Be the point of contact for the day to day operations within the department and key clients from start to finish
- Providing VOC/COC to clients and ensuring all quality standards are met in line with this
- Quality assurance in line with the company's procedures and GTS, assigning suitable inspectors to each assignment
* Support the Operations Manager on daily activities
- All documents are up to date and efficiently processed
The Person:
- Experience in a similar role with knowledge of inspection and quality assurance (e.g. 3rd party, Verification of Conformity, Certifications of Conformity)
- If you have Oil & Gas experience it would be a distinct advantage though not essential
- Proficient in IT systems (Microsoft Office/Web-based packages)
- You will ideally have a general understanding of ISO 17020 UKAS accreditation process
