Client Support Administrator – Leeds

Salary: £23,500 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Client Support Team Leader to ensure all activities adhere to company policies and meet agreed standards and timescales.
  • Engage in tasks such as basic report writing, preparing client documentation, handling client enquiries, and performing reception and office duties as needed.
  • Process client applications and instructions, ensuring compliance and timely submission within defined business processes.
  • Proactively manage and prioritise your workload to maintain excellent client service and delivery.
  • Identify areas for improvement to maximise efficiency and enhance the client experience.
  • Support colleagues and maintain effective relationships with clients and third parties.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a high-pressure environment, ensuring demanding targets are met.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven ability to prioritise work effectively, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of successful delivery in a financial planning business.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills to align activities with business priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Products.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced team to ensure smooth operations.
