Our client has an exciting opportunity to join their team as a social media officer on an ongoing temporary contract. You will be responsible for interacting with all customers and social media, and review site comments for all lines of business, providing excellent service to support in protecting the brand.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers on public forums to understand and resolve queries.
- Be up to speed on trends, insights and general local/global news and events that may drive contact into the team.
- Manage own workload and workflows to ensure timely responding.
- Accountable for own metrics including First Contact resolution and Customer Satisfaction, driving more promoters.
Skills required:
- Ability to work as part of a team or under own direction
- Customer service skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Good problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
