What You Will Do:
- Work closely with digital squads to define and deploy business change for new global digital products.
- Conduct change impact analysis and lead process design and documentation for business change implementation.
- Create and deliver comprehensive communication materials and training plans for all stakeholders impacted by business change.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and manage contractual changes and documentation of work instructions.
- Coordinate change building, testing, and implementation with key stakeholders.
- Integrate change activity across the customer experience team to ensure a seamless change journey for stakeholders.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, time management, and excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Expertise in business change tools and techniques, including change impact assessment and process design.
- Previous experience in managing multiple projects on time and to high quality.
- Understanding of digital commercial products and experience in strategy and transformation implementation.
- Preferred: Change Management Certification (e.g., APMG Practitioner, Prosci, Adkar).
