Are you a strong administrator? Do you like seeing projects through from start to finish? Reed Business Support in Cambridge are partnering with an established local company who urgently need a Contracts Administrator / Document Controller.
As the Contracts Administrator / Document Controller you will ensure the allocated project teams are supported, enabling successful delivery of the clients requirements to their company's high standards. This is a full time office based role and due to their location you'll need access to your own transport.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and assistance to the contracts team
- Management of incoming and outgoing documents and maintaining the filing structure and associated registers
- Document control for all associated correspondence and documents
- Assist in collating, consolidation, issuing and tracking of technical submissions
- Assist in producing and administering procurement schedules
- Assist in obtaining supplier and sub-contractor quotations
- Assist surveyor in collating reports, payment certificates and variations
- Raise supplier and sub-contract orders
- Consolidate information from internal teams for project meetings
- General office administration such as answering the phone, taking deliveries, stationary stocks etc
Experience required
- Good Microsoft office knowledge
- Excel at being part of a busy team
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Must be able to work activities to achieve specified dead lines
- Ability to work under pressure
