Role Description: We are seeking a dedicated psychology graduate to join our team at a mixed-age SEMH school in North Manchester, M40. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing challenging behaviour in a supportive and constructive manner.
- Building positive and trusting relationships with students to facilitate pupils' emotional growth and wellbeing.
- Utilising holistic techniques to address SEMH needs and promote positive outcomes for students.
- Completion of Team Teach training, highly valuable to effectively support students.
