Pertemps are currently recruiting for a temporary Admin Assistant for a client based in Monmouth. The successful candidate will be working with the Social Care & Health, Children Services.
As an Admin Assistant your duties will include:
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence for the team such as letters, emails, mail merges and over the telephone.
- Maintaining records via record management systems.
- Gather information and respond to data protection access requests.
- General Minute taking.
- General administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, printing, room booking and travel bookings.
- Diary management and sending meeting invites.
- General finance duties such as recording transactions, processing invoices, raising purchase order numbers.
The successful candidate for the Admin Assistant role will also need the following skills:
- Experienced IT user using all Microsoft Packages
- Accurate with inputting data into systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to solve problems.
- Ability to work to strict times called and deadlines.
Due to the nature of work the successful candidate will need a standard DBS check.
