£23,000-£26,000 DOE

Contract Details: Temp To Perm, Full Time

8:30am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

Our client, is seeking a Warehouse FLT Driver to join their team near Berkswell. As a Warehouse FLT Driver, your main responsibility will be managing the daily duties involved in running the warehouse.

Job Description:

  • Unloading containers and deliveries using a forklift, pallet truck, or other equipment. A Counterbalance FLT licence is essential for this role.
  • Engaging in heavy lifting and manual work, so it is crucial to be physically fit.
  • Assisting with the booking of container arrivals.
  • Picking, packing, goods for customer delivery.
  • Assisting with the booking of transport collections and customer deliveries.
  • Producing delivery notes and PODs.
  • Picking and packing any mail order or warranty orders.
  • Liaising with couriers for collections, delivery notes, and labels.
  • Logging any issues or concerns for quality alerts.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse at all times.
  • Conducting regular inventory checks and managing stock control.
  • Rotating and replenishing goods as needed.
  • Upholding health and safety standards.
  • Assisting with answering incoming calls and handling enquiries.
  • Producing pick notes, delivery notes, and PODs.

General Information:

This is a Temp to perm role with working hours from 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Due to the location of the warehouse, owning your own transport is essential. The successful candidate will have a Counterbalance FLT licence and previous experience as a Warehouse FLT Driver.
