Hire Desk Controller
seeking a hire desk controller to work in Colnbrook Dealing with site's in the London area, to provide a high level of service supplying equipment when required.
To work within a busy procurement department.
Duties to include
- Taking phone call's/receiving e-mails for requests of plant and equipment.
- Taking phone call's/receiving e-mails for returns of plant and equipment.
- Planning transport for deliveries and collections of equipment from sites based within the M25.
- Dealing with 3rd party companies sourcing equipment where we do not have equipment in stock.
- Dealing with queries from site's & solving any issue's.
- Producing reports to help manage the asset's/equipment within the company.
- Buying materials to service the site requirement's.
Skill Requirements
- Experience within the plant hire industry
- Pc literate with Strong Microsoft office experience - Excel in particular.
- Self-motivator with strong organisation skills
- Syrinx plant hire system experience would be an advantage
- Working as part of team.
