We are seeking hard-working and committed individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants. Day to Day of the role:
- Support students with additional learning needs, both academically and socially, to ensure they have every opportunity to succeed.
- Work closely with the Inclusion department, led by the Head of Inclusion/ALNCo, and collaborate with specialist teachers.
- Assist in small group sessions to help students develop basic skills.
- Run daily lunchtime clubs open to all students, fostering an inclusive environment.
- Attend regular departmental meetings and contribute to multi-agency meetings.
- Take on key roles within the department, demonstrating communication, initiative, and flexibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A passion for working with young people and helping them reach their potential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Flexibility to adapt to the varying needs of the department and students.
