JHP Recruitment are seeking an experienced and methodical Order to Cash Associate with extensive SAP experience to join their international consumer goods client in London on a full-time, permanent basis.
As an Order to Cash Associate you will:
- Be responsible for sales ledger activities such as approving trade accounts, billing, collections, query resolutions, and cash allocation
- Work alongside team members to maintain a healthy ledger status
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure timely cash flow through proactive collections
- Monitor customer payments
- Uphold month-end deadlines with precision
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Have good working knowledge of SAP systems
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Ideally previous experience working within worldwide distribution of FMCG and consumer goods
