Job Title: Telecom Service Co-Ordinator
Salary: Up to £30,0000
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30am to 5:00pm
An excellent opportunity to join a small business in the telecoms industry. The successful candidate will have previously worked in Telecoms, an excellent communicator and works well in a fast paced environment.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Excellent customer / client relationship skills
- Experience working within the Telcoms industry.
- Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Competent with MS Packages.
- Good education background - English & Maths Grade C or above
- Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process customer orders for new services and any upgrades.
- Verify customer order details and ensure accuracy.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, updating them about their orders.
- Resolve any customer queries and troubleshoot any issues.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain customer records, updating order details and status updates.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
