Our client based in Guildford are seeking a hardworking and engaging Customer Service Executive to join their busy team! This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships with customers and has previous office based experience.
Duties:
- Support with managing customer accounts
- Responding to emails in a timely fashion
- Invoice processing
- Escalating any problems to management when they arise
- Handle inbound phone calls
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing role previously
- Strong administrative skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
