As the Support Manager for this leading provider of software solutions, you will lead the front-line Support Team, motivating the team whilst managing incident communications and ensuring excellent customer service.

Support Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversee ITSM toolset, reporting metrics, and maintain SLA compliance.
  • Lead the Support Team in Incident Management processes and daily activities.
  • Motivate and organise the Support Team, ensuring adherence to policies.
  • Act as a point of escalation for internal team and customers.
  • Facilitate Operation Change Advisory Board and provide Out of Hours escalation cover.

Support Manager Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, managing high-performing teams.
  • At least 5 years of experience in bespoke Application Support.
  • Understanding of technical languages (SQL, XML, CSV, JSON).
  • ITIL qualified, with experience in ISO 9001, 20000, and 27001 environments.
  • B2B service desk experience, with proficiency in Service Management tools.
