Accommodation Moves Officer
Have you worked as an Accommodation Moves Officer? Have you had experience working with a decant project? Do you have experience with CAD? I'm excited to be able to recruit for my client who are looking for someone to join the accommodation moves team and oversee the relocation project from two sites within North London. They are looking for someone who can bring knowledge and practical skills to the council.
Main duties:
- Create CAD drawings.
- Prepare plans and schedules to achieve the decant of two temporary accommodations, and any enabling moves within/between other buildings.
- Assist with office design and management considerations as requested.
- Oversee the implementation of the accommodation strategy.
- Carry out investigations and surveys as required to inform project scope and works specifications
