Description
- Provide professional and efficient reception services, including handling phone calls and managing visitors.
- Carry out secretarial duties such as scheduling appointments and managing the diary.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth running of office operations.
- Assist in organising and planning events and meetings.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing post.
- Maintain the reception area ensuring it is clean and presentable.
