Description

  • Provide professional and efficient reception services, including handling phone calls and managing visitors.
  • Carry out secretarial duties such as scheduling appointments and managing the diary.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth running of office operations.
  • Assist in organising and planning events and meetings.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing post.
  • Maintain the reception area ensuring it is clean and presentable.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, colleagues, and visitors.

Profile

A successful Receptionist should have:

  • A professional qualification in secretarial or business support studies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office.
  • A friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
