This is a virtual role with some potential to travel to visit clients.

What the day will look like

This role is responsible for building out new service and consulting offerings within the GBS service model. They will connect with current clients and prospects to understand emerging needs for multi-national clients and help to assess service options for addressing those needs from either a consulting or delivery perspective. This role will also include building relationships with some our largest global clients and will require proven track record in client and relationship management.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Creative thinking for developing solutions to cover gaps and white space in service within and out of GBS service delivery.
  • Strategizing on integrated health, wealth & talent service options from a GBS perspective.
  • Supporting GBS client managers to develop better and comprehensive account plans and strategies to evolve and develop client relationships.
  • Rolling out Client facing strategy sessions across top tier clients. Output: aligning Client strategy to Aon's roadmaps and plans and feeding back into Product development team.
  • Supporting Client Managers to bring fresh and innovative ideas to existing clients to keep evolving our client services.
  • Working with GBS Solution resource and Aon regional consultants to develop new material on flex, human capital, and TBS consulting offerings for existing and new clients. Conduct knowledge share with CM team. Develop a resource library for ongoing management.
  • Working with GBS resource to develop data analysis into appropriate insights for internal and external teams, reporting on trends and tech innovation.
  • Supporting new GBS consulting initiatives and service development, such as benefit admin inventories or operating model guidance.
  • Understanding of Contract and commercial management, including client invoicing process.
  • Ability to demonstrate value of TBS offering and GBS services (include portal demo) to prospects, when needed conduct Client/Prospect demonstrations.
  • Presenting and leading revenue generating opportunities with clients as well as actively speaking with them to identify those.
  • Expected to show active leadership to client teams providing clear strategy and approach needed on clients.

Occasional travel may be a requirement along with working in different time zones.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Significant experience in the Benefits Administration environment, including proven experience of managing client relationships, ideally globally.
  • Strong communication skills, helping you to explain complex issues to clients and colleagues. Confident in expressing your viewpoint, both with colleagues and clients.
  • Constructive questioning and active listening skills to build a clear and deep understanding of the client's circumstances.
  • An ability to positively influence the behaviours and decisions of others: both clients and colleagues.
  • An ability to manage multiple relationships and projects concurrently.
  • An ability to work independently with general instruction and to prioritise and organise work
  • Demonstrate a solid level of technical expertise across a breadth of client issues
