Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic buying office? We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

No buying experience is required, but we do require you to have excellent admin skills, be well-organized and accurate.

About the Role:

As an Administrator in my client's buying office, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of their purchasing team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate records.
  • Carrying out checks on items.
  • Transferring information.
  • Handling general administrative tasks.
  • Supporting the buying team with any ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Be a strong all round administrator.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
  • A proactive approach with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Be immediately available.

The Salary/Benefits for the Administrator role:

  • Salary:£27,300 per annum pro rata
  • 25 Days Holidays pro rata
  • Hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

Please note that this is a 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.
