The practice has a range of projects within the residential, community and commercial projects and always deliver creative solutions which enhance the environment.
The ideal Project Architect will be an experienced and motivated individual with a creative design flare and a strong commitment to sustainable design principles. You will contribute to a range of projects which will enhance your portfolio and broaden your experience.
Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Project Architect:
- ARB registered
- Significant experience in an UK-based architectural practice.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Commitment to sustainable design and environmentally responsible practices.
- The chance to work on a diverse range of exciting and challenging projects.
- Leading and managing architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Developing innovative and sustainable design solutions in line with client briefs and project requirements.
- Producing detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
- Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
- Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design intent and regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with the design team to develop and refine design concepts.
- Strong proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
